Teacher training in pupils’ scientifi c labour management (by the examples of Teachers’ training courses in Ukraine)
Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the problem of teacher training and retraining
on Teacher Training Courses in Ukraine in the 20th years of the XX century. The author
analyses certain normative documents and training aids of the given period. The main
teacher professional competence components are characterized in the context of students’
and pupils’ scientifi c labour management. The article deals with the analysis of the
problem of teacher training and retraining on Teacher Training Courses as a psychological
and pedagogical problem.
