The necessity of the radical system reorganization of the education in the context of the innovative
society is considered in the article; the main tasks that are urgent for the contemporary
educational community are defi ned; the scientifi c analysis of the classical and non-classical
models of education is carried out; the necessity to ensure the freedom of the human’s and society’s
self-development on basis of their harmony and self-preservation is emphasized.
