Abstract

In the article the causes of the practical inability of the multicultural project are revealed;
it is offered the algorithm of the democratic-egalitarian policy, which provides not only for
preservation of the cultural diversity, but also for expansion of the man’s democratic participation
in the process of the cultural interaction, that causes the establishment of the new cultural groups
and their incorporations in the civil society
