Abstract

In the terms of high school the problem of both vocational and personal development of the students is quite topical. Significance of integrated education is obvious as personality creates professional, and self-affirmation creates perfected personality. Various aspects of personal development and its content have been highly discussable in recent years. However, it is obvious that value approach cannot be omitted while solving the problem of efficient vocational and personal development of today’s students.

The spreading network of kindergartens in Ukraine asks for greater number of kindergarten teachers. Pre-school institution needs experienced educators, people of a generous nature who love children, highly appreciate their work, and are proud of it.

The article devoted to the issue of pre-school education. It deals with the problem of training future experts of preschool education, highlighted the need to form the educational values of future kindergarten teachers, grounded concept of "educational value" and singled out priority values educators teaching preschool education. In the article the features of professional orientation extracurricular work in shaping the priority values of future educators teaching preschool education.

Fruitful assimilation and adoption of the educational values by future kindergarten teacher require deliberate work towards their formation in the process of vocational training. The educational process in teachers’ training college should be directed to the formation of the value sphere of future teachers.

The further research will be dedicated to the problem of forms and methods of formation of the future kindergarteners’ pedagogical values in the frames of stepwise pedagogical education system; to the formation of the future kindergarteners’ priority pedagogical values together with their personal realisation; to development of an individual approach to each student in the process of forming the priority pedagogical values.
