LEGAL REGULATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND LABOUR MARKET IN THE EU MEMBER STATES

The article presents the study of laws on higher education and the labour market in the EU countries: the Republic of Slovenia, theCheckrepublic, the Republic of Poland, theRepublicofCroatia, theRepublicofSerbia. The system of legal acts adopted by the EU institutions sets the direction for gradual harmonization of national educational systems of the member states with internal market. The legal actsshow the EU attempt to form a supranational unified policy of students’ training in accordance with labour market demands, which is regulated primarily by supranational and national legislation.References
